The impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) impacts the public health and safety, and wellbeing of our communities. We here at Honda of Lisle want all our customers and employees to remain our highest priority. It is important we share with you the steps we are taking as the situation continues to unfold.

 

So, what is Honda of Lisle doing to be part of the solution?


Our Commitment to Cleanliness – Make Sanitation and Hygiene a Top Priority

 

#1: Honda of Lisle has taken additional steps to increase public health information, health awareness, and sanitation measures throughout our dealership.

 

Honda of Lisle has put in place guidance from the CDC for each of our team members detailing how to protect against transmission of the virus.

 

• Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.

• Keep nose and mouth covered when coughing or sneezing.

• Avoid touching your face with unwashed hands.

• Avoid close contact with people who are sick.

• Sick employees will stay at home.

• Employees with concerns about the virus, should see a doctor for evaluation immediately. If the employee is diagnosed with the Coronavirus (COVID-19), per CDC guidelines they must quarantine and not return for 14 days.

• Honda of Lisle Employees who are well but have a sick family member at home with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) must refer to CDC guidance for how to conduct a risk assessment of potential exposure and adhere to it.

 

#2: Honda of Lisle has dramatically increased the frequency of our cleaning and paying special attention to clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces in the showrooms, restrooms and waiting areas.

 

#3: Honda of Lisle has verified that our cleaning supplies are CDC compliant to stop the spread of viruses, bacteria and germs.

 

#4 Meanwhile, we will continue to focus on keeping our associates healthy – and our dealership and service center opened and staffed – to serve all our customers.
