Get Ready for the New Honda NSX

What was a popular "sleeper" sports car in the early 1990's, the NSX fell of the map a short time after. Honda created the vehicle (thought American audiences only saw the Acura version) and it disappeared around the turn of the century. The Honda NSX is back, we think.

And why not give sports cars another shot, especial the ones created by Honda? They are, of course, producing the fuel efficient 2012 Honda CR-Z hybrid, which is already in its second year at Honda Superstore of Lisle, located at 4475 LINCOLN Ave in Lisle, IL. You can be sure that any coupe made by Honda will be sporty and green.

"We need a halo car," Honda's design manager Yoshikazu Kigoshi told UK TV series TopGear, "and this is a decision that's come from Ito-san down. A new S2000 is a difficult car for us to do, because of its front-engined, rear-drive platform. But we are definitely looking at the EV-ster and a new NSX."1

Kigoshi has already confirmed that EV-ster will use a new platform, and will be offered with a choice of gas or purely electric power. Racing fans will be happy to know that the EV-ster will replace a traditional steering wheel with TLS: 'twin lever steering' which is typically seen on F1 race cars! Honda never ceases to amaze us, here at Honda Superstore of Lisle. Improvements and updates on their existing models, along with a plethora of new vehicles  is why we are able to sell so many Honda's each year.

Back to the NSX, which will get the auto maker's new SH-AWD torque vectoring system. This uses independent electric motors on its rear wheels to optimize cornering, giving you the F1 feel at a fraction of the cost.
