I can't ask for more. This place is the best. From top to bottom, they are all you need. David sold me the car - he's crazy good. Sean helped me with financing, tremendous. And, the guys who service the care are just fabulous. None of them are pushy. All just tell the truth and if you want to do what the recommend - great. If not, no worries. I think it stems from the top. The owner is old school cool. Horst is his name, and he's a good soul. I have purchased 3 Hondas from here and I'm confident I will buy more in the future.

I went into the store a few weeks ago to look at their Odysseys and ask some questions, and we ended up buying from them today. The entire process went smoothly, and the staff were helpful and attentive. What I loved most about this dealer was that they were not aggressive at all - they were very nice to deal with. I originally went in there warning them that I couldn't buy from them that day, and they still took my car for appraisal, let me test drive the vehicle, and talked about price so I could go home with all the information I wanted. They didn't pressure me to make a decision right then and there, and they didn't bother me with calls, texts, and emails every day like some other dealers I've dealt with. In the few weeks it took us to make a decision, they only called twice, and I went back to that dealer mainly for that reason. I would highly recommend this dealer, and the salesman that we dealt with (Austin).

I went in a few weeks ago to take a look at their Odyssey, and the salesman that I spoke with was great (Austin). I told him that I could not buy one from him that day, but I needed the information to make a decision at a later time (we were deciding between two different makes), and he still spent the time with me to get an appraisal for my trade-in, took me on a test drive, and got a price for the vehicle with the specs I was looking at. We took a few weeks to decide, and what impressed me most was that he only called me twice in that time period. I've dealt with other dealers that would call, text, and email me every day or two for months, which always turns me off. I hate the aggressive sales people, which is why we decided to come back to this dealer and buy a car from them. The process went smooth, and we were very happy with our purchase. I would buy from them again.

In January I purchased a used car from Honda Superstore of Lisle. The salesman who handled the transaction was Michael Harvey. Because I was rushed, dealing with insurance, and living out of state, my dad handled the initial meetings of test driving and checking out the car, then I came in to make the purchase a few days later. Mr. Harvey was very gracious in working with both of us to ensure we were all on the same page. I would easily make another purchase from Mr. Harvey because he was so friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me plenty of advice on where to get the best deals for accessories. I felt like he genuinely had my best interests in mind and was not simply trying to sell me something. Overall, what could have been a stressful experience went very smoothly and I am quite happy with my car. Michael Harvey is an excellent and genuine salesman.
